Guppy’s Good Times launches a new menu tonight with their new chef, Chef Jose Vargas. Vargas was previously the Executive Chef at Mission Grill and a few local hotels. The menu features a mix of soups, salads, sharing plates, burgers and house specialties. The menu is made fresh daily. To check out the entire menu, click here. Guppy’s is currently open every night for dinner, Friday for lunch and Sunday for brunch. Stay tuned for a new brunch menu soon and expanded lunch hours.
