The Local Table, a cafe on East 1st Avenue in Conshohocken, is now offering Local Packs. The Local Packs offer a weeks worth of healthy shakes and shots that are delivered to your home (or picked-up). There is also a package with shakes, shots and snacks.

Some of the items you will enjoy in your pack include a Tie-dyed Shake with beets, blueberries, kale and local maple yogurt, a relaxing lavender lemonade, wheat grass/detox shots and protein filled snacks to graze on during the day. There are also helpful tips, recipes, and suggestions of minor lifestyle changes to help you feel great. There are also occasional surprises from other health-conscious local businesses.

Local Packs are $40.00 for pick-up and $45.00 for delivery in Conshohocken. Packs with snacks are $55.00 for pick-up and $60.00 for delivery.
