Free Boot Camp Next Week in Sutcliffe Park in Conshohoken

Kasey Manwaring of GoalsFit, the Best of Philly Trainer 2015, will be offering a free boot camp next week in Conshohocken. Each class is designed to burn calories, increase resistance and build strength while taking advantage of the different terrain and obstacles the outdoors has to offer. It is 100% body weight exercises-ex- pushups, squats , core work and cardio.

When taking this class – be prepared 1) to never stop moving  2) to burn a ton of calories and gain muscle 3) to explore new places to workout in and 4) to have fun.
