Whole Foods Market at the Plymouth Meeting Mall is offering a variety of fitness classes on its roof including Yoga, CrossFit, Bootcamp and Spin. Classes are drop-in, cash only, and appropriate for any skill level. The current schedule for June is as follows:
Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Wednesdays from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Bootcamp with Caitlan Langan from CrossFit Ironborough
Fridays from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
CrossFit with Mischa Jemionek from CrossFit Ironborough
Spin on Saturday, June 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Spin with Juliet Sabella and Brittany Russo from The Wall Cycling Studio
$25 in advance, $30 cash at the door
