FIT4MOM’s new Body Back session is starting on January 15th at Core + More. This round will have two sessions, one in the early morning (5:30 a.m.) and one in the evening (8:00 p.m.). To participate there are three options:
Body Back Session
Full, clean eating nutrition plan and fitness programming.
Body Back Boost
8 week session with 2 group workouts a week only.
8 Class Pass
8 drop-in Body Back group workouts for current session.
