Fit4Mom is holding its high-intensity Body Back program at Core + More studio in Conshohocken on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 a.m to 6:30 a.m. starting September 29th.
Body Back is a results-based workout program designed for moms and ALL women who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or are looking to regain their health and fitness. Participants in the program will experience high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with Body Back’s clean eating meal plan and targeted workout DVDs, women have a surefire combination for success.
If you sign-up for the program, you receive the following:
- 2 High Intensity Interval training workouts per week in a small group format for 8 weeks
- Body Back meal plan and food journals
- Before and after fitness assessments
- Online coaching and support
- At-home workout DVD’s and exercise resistance band
If your goal is strictly to improve your strength and conditioning, then you can be part of Body Back Boost and attend Body Back group workouts without the nutrition component. Eight class passes are also available.
