There was a fatal fire overnight on the 2200 block of Mulberry Lane in Lafayette Hill. According to news reports and a statement from the Whitemarsh Township Police Department, an elderly woman died during the fire. The Whitemarsh Township Fire Marshall and the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshall are investigating.
