Everything you need to know about the Conshohocken Beer Festival

Attending or interested in the Conshohocken Beer Festival on Saturday and have some questions? Below is everything you need to know.

Are tickets still available?

Yes, but that could always change, so don’t wait. Buy here!

Early Redemption Events

You can exchange your tickets for wristbands on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Great American Pub and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Southern Cross Kitchen. You will still need to show your ID when entering the event.

Are tickets available at the door?

How does the festival work?

Attendees, who didn’t buy a designated driver ticket, are provided a cup. With this cup you can sample a variety of beers. The cup is five ounces and each sample is approximately two ounces.

Do not bring any other cups.

Rain or shine?

There are two locations to enter the event. The main gate is at East 11th and Harry Street. The back entrance is along Hallowell Street between East 11th and 12th Avenues.

Is only beer available?

There are two wineries, a few cideries, and a couple of meaderies. We tried to keep the non-beer beverages at the end of each row of tents. The wine can be found on the paved area near the main entrance along East 11th and near the back gate along Hallowell.

Non-alcoholic drinks are available for sale at the food vendors and free water is available at the Saint Mark’s and Weis Markets tents.

Dogs, other animals, and kids

Dogs and other animals are not allowed (unless a service animal). No kids (not even in a Baby Bjorn).

What should I wear?

It looks like it will be 70 degrees and partly cloudy, but check that morning

There will be 42 porta-potties outside the back gate (the Hallowell side of the field). All of these are unisex.

The bathrooms within the building at the main entrance are no longer being used (except for two vendor bathrooms).

There will be accessible bathrooms with the port-a-potties.

There will be a designated smoking area. Please dispose of your butts in the container.

Use “East 11th Avenue at Harry Street” in Conshohocken.

Can I leave and come back?

There is no re-entry once you leave.

Shuttles will be making a loop between the venue, Spring Mill Train Station, Conshohocken Train Station, and East 1st Avenue.

After the event, they will make this loop again.

If you need to leave early, go to the main gate and they can have a bus take you to one of those spots.

There are free public parking lots near all these points.

Parking at venue

There really isn’t any. Walk or take the shuttle.

If you do drive, please respect the neighborhood.

What will there be to eat?

The Pizza Wagon, Southern Cross Kitchen, Lenny’s Italian Deli, Jeet Food Truck, The Jerky Hut, The Dapper Doughnut, and pretzels from Grove Cafe.

Free water will be available at the Weis Market and Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church tents.

Map of venue

A map of breweries, sponsors and vendors will be available online at ConshohockenBeerFestival.com on Saturday.

Is there an ATM on-site/Do the vendors take cards?

There is not an ATM on-site. Most vendors will take cards, but its wise to bring cash.

What If I have a medical issue?

There is an EMT/ambulance on-site. Go to main gate.

Official Conshohocken Beer Festival t-shirts and hoodies, along with Conshy Ballet shirts, will be available for sale at the MoreThanTheCurve.com Store. Find the MoreThanTheCurve.com Store in the center of the back row of tents along Hallowell and near the main gate. You can also buy merch online.

Conshy Cards will also be available.

Can a brewery run out of beer?

Yes, it is possible. Sometimes a beer is really popular. There are about 50 beer stations. The idea is too move around and try a variety. If one runs out, there are a lot more to try. The festival has never run out of beer overall.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes (feel free to send any fun photos to kevin@morethanthecurve.com) or hashtag #conshybeerfest on Instagram.

Who does the event benefit?

The event is hosted by and benefits the Conshohocken Plymouth Whitemarsh Rotary. MoreThanTheCurve.com manages the event.
