Come out to The Cigar Republic Conshohocken on April 21st 2023 from 7:30pm to 10:30pm for an evening of live jazz music with the Bacon, Lettuce, North Organ Trio! Victor North is a saxophonist who has been a staple on the Philadelphia Jazz Scene for 25+ years, leading his own groups and working as a sideman. He has performed and/or recorded with many renowned musicians, including Orrin Evans’ Captain Black Big Band, Elio Villafranca, and Terell Stafford. Byron Landham, also known as "Wookie," is a top call drummer on the Philly jazz scene who has recorded on at least fifty CDs and played with many renowned musicians, including Betty Carter and Dave Sanborn. He is currently on faculty at Temple University as an adjunct Professor of Jazz Studies. Lucas Brown is a performing artist, composer, and educator who has performed around the US and Canada at venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Blue Note. He is a member of the faculty at Temple University’s Esther Boyer College of Music and has performed with many renowned musicians, including Joey DeFrancesco and Eric Alexander.
