Vince Totaro is gearing up for one of his famous Wild Game Dinners at Trattoria Totaro. April’s edition was postponed, so it will now be held on Thursday, May 2nd and will offer a craft beer paired with each course. The cost is $55.00 per person. Below is the menu:
First Course
Spicy Red Seafood Chowder
Salad Course
Arugula, grilled pineapple, grape tomatoes, purple onion, tossed in a citronette dressing, topped with Cajun seasoned frogs legs
Pasta Course
Sweet potato filled house made tortelloni in a tomato, brown butter sage sauce with grilled buffalo flank steak
Entrée (a sampling of each)
Boar Tenderloin with a wild mushroom peppercorn sauce
Scallop in the shell stuffed with deviled clam, crab and shrimp
Buffalo Strip Steak
with Carey’s Jack Daniels Tennessee honey sauce
Elk Medallions Val d’Asta
Breaded elk medallions topped with spinach, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese in a mushroom marsala wine sauce
Stuffed Quail
Brown rice, wild rice, black eyed peas
