Drexel Magazine Recognizes Blackfish’s Chip Roman in Its “40 Under 40”

Blackfish’s owner and chef, Chip Roman, was recognized among Drexel University 40 Under 40 in the most recent edition of Drexel Magazine.  Roman received a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Drexel in 2002. In the featured article, the magazine profiles 40 alumni who are under 40 years of age who are “bright, innovative, entrepreneurial minds who are making their mark on the world—and, in so doing, helping spread the word about our great University.”
