It is near the LuLu Shriners’ property. The item is on the agenda for the November 5th meeting of Whitemarsh’s Zoning Hearing Board. The hearing is at 7:00 p.m. at Whitemarsh’s municipal building.

ZNS Realty, LLC, Block 045A, Unit 009 & Block 045, Unit 056, Parcel #’s 650001312018 & 650001318309, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462; CLI – Campus-Type Limited Industrial and CLIX – Modified Campus-Type Industrial Districts. The Applicant proposes to use the 15,000-square foot industrial portion of the 20,000-square foot industrial/office building at the Property Location for a dog daycare facility (the building is located in the CLI-X portion of the site). In addition, the Applicant is proposing an 8-foot tall fence in the front yard of the property (yard parallel to Butler Pike), 15 feet away from the front property line. That 15-foot area is proposed as an easement for providing an additional buffer for the proposed ‘Whitemarsh Station’ residential development on the adjacent lands fronting directly onto Butler Pike. In order to proceed with the project, the Applicant is requesting a Use Variance from Section 116-128. (permitted uses in CLI-X District) to allow the proposed dog daycare facility. In addition, the Applicant is requesting Variances from Sections 116-33.A., 116-33.G.(2) and 116-33.H. to allow the 8-foot fence height (restricted by these sections to no taller than 6 feet)
