Blackfish is hold a dinner on Tuesday, November 12th in memory of Chef Charlie Trotter, who passed away last week. Chef Chip Roman will be featuring his favorite Trotter recipes pulled straight from the pages of his cookbooks that have always decorated the walls of Blackfish. Via Facebook, Roman stated, “Join us in celebrating a visionary who has impacted our food philosophy, by tasting the actual dishes that helped raise the standards of American cooking”.
