Date Announced for Continued Zoning Hearing for Proposed Office Building at West Elm and Corson

The Zoning Hearing involving the proposed office building at West Elm and Corson will resume on Monday, July 7th at 7:00 p.m. The continued hearing will be held at Old Borough Hall at West 8th Avenue and Fayette Street. Below is the text of the notice:

The Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will continue the public hearing for Corson Street Acquisition LP for the property located at West Elm and Corson Streets in the SP-3 Zoning District on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 7:00p.m. prevailing time at the Conshohocken Borough Hall,720 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA  The property is owned by James J Neve, et al. The Petitioner is requesting a variance from the terms of the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance Section 27-1608.6.

The Petitioner proposes to construct a 324,860 square foot office building over a parking structure where the overall building bulk will be 570 lineal feet, where 300 lineal feet is permitted.
