Coyote Crossing is introducing a Sunday brunch menu starting Sunday, May 1st. Seating will be available inside or outside in its picturesque patio. The menu is available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Fresh seasonal fruit with your anise agave syrup or hazelnut syrup, yogurt and 3 toppings, almonds, sweet pecans and granola.
French Toast | $10.95
Mexican version of French toast, homemade Chantilly cream, chocolate, cinnamon, Nutella and your choice of banana or strawberries.
Molletes | $10.95
“Bolillos” bread sliced lengthwise and partially hollowed, filled with frijoles refritos, and topped with our cheese blend and pico de gallo. It can be topped too with your choice of ham or chorizo.
Huevos Divorciados | $11.95
“Divorced eggs”, two fried eggs, one topped with salsa roja and the other with salsa verde, bed of light fried tortilla and black beans.
