CoreFitness will be holding its popular SHRED fitness program at Sutcliffe Park this September. The program consists of two weeks of invigorating, motivating, and exciting morning workouts that go beyond traditional fitness classes by providing participants with a clean-eating challenge, online coaching, and peer support. CoreFitness’ instructors will act as a go-to “coach” the whole time, keeping you on track and energized throughout the program. CoreFitness SHRED aims to give you the tools you need to get fit and stay fit all year long.
The program starts on Monday, September 8th and runs through Friday, September 19th. Classes will be held Monday through Friday at 6:00 a.m. The meeting spot in Sutcliffe Park is the corner of West 9th and Wood by the playground.
