A Phoenxville business man allegedly used money meant for a stock purchase to fund his purchase of a home in Avalon and an office building in Conshohocken. The Times Herald reports:
A borough businessman has been charged with mail, loan and wire fraud after he allegedly used funds given to him by investors seeking to purchase Facebook stock and instead purchased a $4 million home in Avalon, N.J., and a Conshohocken office building.
If you do not recognize the building, it is located across Harry Street from the Outbound Station or if you turn onto East Elm from Fayette, it is the office building on your right just beyond the first traffic signal.
