Resistance & Conditioning
Resistance or strength training involves physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. Combined with some of Vision Plus Fitness’ favorite conditioning exercises. This class will use treadmills, the stair master, versus climbers and rowers.
A full-body intense workout that uses Vision Plus Fitness’ brand new Jacob Ladders, rowing machines, and sandbags.
This class is a heavy cardio-based class that utilizes The Assault Bikes, Treadmills, Versa Climbers, and rowers. This workout will be 45 minutes of well-earned sweat and calories burned. Conditioning will be held in the cardio room!
The Last Round
A Vision Plus Fitness original.. this class is a mix of resistance training high-intensity training not to mention core work that won’t stop until you hear…Last Round!
Just looking for an intense run? Come hop on Vision Plus Fitness’ Woodway treadmills and be coached virtually while in our cardio room! Prepare to burn anywhere from 300-400 calories in no time!
High Interval Training at its best face-paced and nonstop making the most of your time won’t be a problem in this class.
Saturdays will be a mix of Strength and cardio! Including but not limited to HIIT.
