Conshohocken’s Borough Council to consider waiving application and fee for outdoor dining on sidewalks

In an effort to help the local restaurant industry, Conshohocken’s Borough Council will consider during its May 6th meeting a resolution that would suspend the requirement that restaurants apply for a license that allows them to have tables on the sidewalk and the associated fee. The agenda reads:

“Consider ratifying Resolution 2020-11 suspending the license application and fee requirements of the sidewalk dining license requirements”

The application fee is $25.

The meeting will be held online due to the pandemic. Details on how to access it online can be found here.
