During its September 20th meeting, Conshohocken’s Borough Council voted to approved a criterium bike race on a date to be determined in 2024 and contingent on the borough’s administration and emergency services review.
The race is being organized by Simon’s Heart and QCW Cycling. Simon’s Heart is a local charity that is dedicated to preventing sudden cardiac arrest and death in children, teens, and young adults. QCW Cycling is a USA Cycling affiliated club in the region focused on helping new riders learn to race and emphasizing fun throughout the entire experience.
During a presentation before borough council earlier in September, the organizers were targeting to hold the race on Sunday, August 18, 2024.
