The Commonwealth Financing Authority has awarded a $423,175 grant to the Borough of Conshohocken Borough Authority for the final phase of its rehabilitation of the Regional Sanitary Sewer Interceptor. The system serves Conshohocken, West Conshohocken, and a portion of Plymouth Township.
The funding will go towards a $497,853 rehabilitation project that includes the installation of a new pipe that will lessen excessive inflow and infiltration and provide for a more efficient sewer system.
The grant was awarded as a part of the Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer Program.
