Conshohocken Resident Publishes Book on How to Stay on Track with Health & Fitness Goals

Conshohocken resident Kevin Haslam has published a book titled Fit Mind, Fit Life: 7 Surefire Steps to Staying on Track With Your Health and Fitness Goals. Using the methods outlined in the book, Haslam has lost 45 pounds as of about a month ago. According the book’s website, “The 177-page ebook shows you how to effortlessly unlock the extra 80% you need to surpass even the most ambitious weight loss, health and fitness goals in 7 simple steps.”


You may recognize Haslam’s name. He was the editor of the now defunct Conshohocken Life magazine.
