Well-established Conshohocken real estate company is seeking a Receptionist/Property Management Assistant to ensure smooth, day-to-day operations and to provide excellent customer service to the firm’s clients and team members.
The ideal candidate will have several years of office/admin experience and be able to perform general tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, collecting rents, scheduling maintenance and repair calls, etc. There is opportunity for marketing responsibilities as well, so a candidate with creative skills would be most appropriate.
2-3 years experience working in a professional setting
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Quicken
Prioritize daily tasks to be proactive in time management and receptive to industry changes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Real estate experience and license preferred, but not required. Will sponsor license if desired.
