A Malvern mom, Shenna Jennings, posted to social media how a Conshohocken police officer helped her autistic son enjoy the Conshohocken fireworks on July 3rd. The officer told the boy he could hold his hand if he got scared during the fireworks display. The officer was later identified as Officer Palmer.
