The Philadelphia Business Journal reported today that Conshohocken-based Decision Strategies International has been sold for $9.2 million. The report states:
In what is part of a trend of large recruiting firms trying to broaden their services, Heidrick & Struggles agreed to pay $9.2 million to acquire Conshohocken-based consulting firm Decision Strategies International.
Founded in 1990 by Paul Schoemaker, DSI is a boutique advisory firm specializing in leadership consulting services such as talent strategy alignment, leadership development and executive education.
Decision Strategies International is based at 101 West Elm Street. No word whether the employees will be moving elsewhere.
