Conshohocken-based GMH Mortgage Services LLC, a nationally-recognized direct mortgage lender, is recently announced the addition of three retail teams of mortgage professionals to its growing organization and local footprint. John J. Crits and his team of four loan officers, Scott Sciarra and his group of six loan officers, and Ted Lawler and his team of seven loan officers have recently joined GMH Mortgage. Because of each group’s unique local presence, GMH is expanding its retail and operations facility located in Conshohocken, with the goal of providing an elite borrower-focused, user friendly retail branch. Each of these particular retail teams joined GMH’s award winning platform for a multitude of reasons but highlighted a few points that have impressed them since joining the company.
“GMH is far different from other mortgage companies. From our first meetings through today, the culture and friendly atmosphere is not only evident but clearly superior to that of other organizations,” stated John Crits, new Branch Manager. “Most importantly, each day GMH continues to deliver on its promises on both the customer side and its support functions. It’s refreshing to experience a company culture that is genuine and not just rhetoric,” finished Crits.
“Our goal is to strive toward the highest level of customer experience imaginable. As the industry continues to evolve, the challenges of this goal in typical mortgage companies tends to strain or fade away. However, what we have discovered since joining GMH is quite extraordinary. Here, the desire to be great, to work as ‘one’ in every department – regardless of title, task or geographical footprint – is precisely why we now call GMH our home,” stated Ted Lawler, new Senior Vice President of Retail Sales. “The obvious commitment to new technology and marketing platforms, combined with the extensive support we receive in underwriting, make GMH a loan officer’s paradise.”
With this sizeable addition to its local sales force and continued plans for growth, GMH will increase the size of its current headquarters by taking over adjacent office space, increasing the capacity for new sales team members and additional support personnel. Development and renovation of the office spaces are already underway.
“GMH prides itself on providing an arsenal of tools, marketing support and innovative ideas for all of our loan officers combined with the dedicated resources and support systems they need to efficiently and effectively close loans on time for their home buyers,” stated GMH Mortgage President, Joe Nattans. “We’ve positioned ourselves to successfully grow our team without sacrificing the high level of service we’ve become known for throughout the industry while maintaining a corporate culture that is inviting, hard-working and drives our employees to excel for their customers and each other.”
New Branch Manager, Scott Sciarra, added, “We had heard of the unparalleled mortgage experience and service GMH provided before joining the team. Our first-hand experience we’ve had here has far exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we have an expert team in strategic alignment with our goals has allowed us to focus on growing our business, and we’re already seeing the results after a few short months.”
GMH Mortgage has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by Philly.com, recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of “The Best Places to Work” in 2015 and 2016, and one of the “Fifty on Fire – Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies” in the Greater Philadelphia Region. www.gmhmortgage.com
