As we reported previously, the Conshohocken Bakery is expanding its retail operation and is seeking approval to open a storefront at 603 Spring Mill Avenue The property is currently a home that is adjacent to the bakery property. The zoning hearing will be held on Thursday, September 4th at 7:30 p.m. at the Fellowship House. Below is the request being made of the Zoning Hearing Board:
The Petitioner proposes to convert the existing building on the site to an apartment and prep area: and construct a new retail building at the site. Variances are required for conversion of the existing structure: adding the retail use to the site; a second expansion of the non-conforming use: built area; impervious coverage; front and rear yard setbacks: the number and size of signs; and use of a sandwich board sign.
