The Borough of Conshohocken has announced that the Community Center at Fellowship House will be closed from Thursday, March 12th through Monday, March 16th. All programming that was to take place within the community center is canceled.
From the announcement:
Our goal is to mitigate the community spread of the virus through containment to the greatest extent possible. We are simultaneously taking proactive steps to also ensure there is minimal business interruption. However, there is a high likelihood that our community will experience service disruptions. As the situation evolves, certain Borough services will take priority over others and those decisions will be made out of an abundance of caution.
The community center was closed today (Wednesday, March 11th) for deep cleaning. A parent of a student at the daycare/aftercare program (A Child’s Place Before & Aftercare) that operates in the community center may have been exposed to Coronavirus.
