The Colonial School Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 21st at 7:00 p.m. to preview the district staff’s recommended reopening plan for the 2020-2021 school year. The board will vote on adopting the plan at its meeting on Thursday, July 23rd.
We have one hint on how the plan will be structured. In a note to parents about the meetings mentioned above, Superintendent Mike Christian shared that “under any reopening plan there will be a fully remote option for families taught by our (Colonial School District) teachers.
The meeting on July 21st will be held online. You can stream the meetings on YouTube.com.
If you want to see what a neighboring school district is planning, the Wissahickon School District will consider this plan tonight.
