Cold Point Village Enters Phase II with Carriage Homes and Retail

Cold Point Village, the town home community by Sal Paone Builder at the corner of Butler Pike and Plymouth Road, is entering its second phase of development.  The community is currently 25% sold out and is introducing the Fairmount and Liberty carriage homes, which are slightly smaller than the original Beechwood and Waverly town homes.  These carriage homes start in the $300,000’s.

Phase II of the development also includes a retail component.  The first announced tenant is Gravity Hair Salon, which has a salon in downtown Ambler.  Before opening their own salon, the owners of Gravity Joe Kaub and Kara Antenucci, worked at Sevan Salon in Conshohocken.

Cold Point Village is located just three miles from downtown Conshy.
