The office building at West 1st Avenue and Fayette Street has been completely removed from Conshohocken’s skyline. A parking garage was also removed and a second office has been partially demolished (as of January 9th the interior has been gutted, but the shell is still standing).

The property is part of a redevelopment project called SORA West. Once completed SORA West will include the corporate headquarters for AmerisourceBergen, a hotel, restaurant within the historic firehouse and a parking garage.
