Catch up with Conshohocken’s Tee El, who had an eventful 12 months since we last reported on him

The last time we reported on Conshohocken’s Tee El (Tracy Lamont) in July 2022, he had just signed a distribution deal with 300 Entertainment’s Sparta Distribution and performed on the Spruce Street stage as part of Philadelphia’s July 4th celebration.

The Plymouth Whitemarsh High School grad went on to have an eventual 12 months. In December, Lamont was hospitalized and almost lost his life due to heart failure. On a positive note, the two songs he released have received radio airplay and have garnered over 60,000 streams. You can find his first two singles here.

Bookending the 12 months is another planned performance to celebrate the nation’s founding. He will be performing as part of Philadelphia’s celebration on July 1st at Locust and Spruce streets at approximately 3:30 p.m. Fireworks follow at 8:00 p.m.

He is also about to shoot a video in Conshohocken for his latest single “Breathe & Stop” that will be released on June 16th. It will be available on all platforms.
