Conshohocken-based GMH Mortgage Services is seeking to fill the position of Post Closing, Loan Sales Coordinator. The job description and how to apply is below:
Title: Post Closing, Loan Sale Coordinator
Job Purpose: The Post Closing, Loan Sale Coordinator is responsible for managing the loan sale process for assigned investors. This includes file review, delivery, coordination of condition clearing, insuring, and MI activation.
Typical Physical Demands: Regular use of hands to manipulate office equipment, phones and computer keyboard. Frequently sit and stand to do clerical work, including maintaining files, reports and binder logs. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 pounds.
Typical Work Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment. Employee frequently interacts directly with staff members, brokers, third party vendors and service providers during the workday.
Essential Job Functions:
Position requires TRID-familiarity with loan estimates, Re-disclosures, and Closing Disclosures
Reviewing and auditing full credit and closing packages
Delivering and shipping files electronically to various investors
Responsible for clearing of investors conditions
FHA, VA, USDA insuring is a plus
A minimum of two (2) years mortgage post closing in a retail, correspondent or wholesale mortgage banking environment.
