We picked this image up from resident Michael Monsell, who also works for 6ABC.  As you can see there is a car partially submerged by the flooding due to the intense rain this morning.  The photo was taken in the Cardinal View section of Conshohocken off Colwell Lane.  Scarlet Drive into Cardinal View is closed according to Monsell.
