Body Back from Fit4Mom, an eight week fitness and nutrition program for women of all ages, will be holding classes in Sutcliffe Park this spring. The program will kick-off with a free preview class on Thursday, April 24th from 5:45 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.
During the preview class, you will learn about the upcoming Body Back session and how the program not only works, but how it is inspiring, motivational and one that will challenge you to new levels.
The eight week program will begin on April 29th and run through June 19th. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. at the park.
