West Conshohocken Borough will close Balligomingo Road between Route 23 (Front Street) and Portland Road in Montgomery County for tree removal and slope stabilization, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. Balligomingo Road will close this afternoon (June 17) and reopen tomorrow afternoon (June 18).

During the operation, West Conshohocken Borough will detour Balligomingo Road through traffic over Route 23 (Front Street), Route 320 (Swedeland Road) and Jones Road. Local access will be maintained during the operation. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling though the area.
