The lawsuit against the Colonial School District has an amended complaint. We have read through it, but want to read it again before we break it down. The lawsuit is over the school district’s adoption of a “Responsible Contractor’s” policy in August of last year.

We did enjoy one line from No. 40. It reads, in reference to the purpose of the “Responsible Contractor’s” policy, “That stated purpose is 100% false, irrational, arbitrary, and capricious.” That reminds us of the lawyer on Seinfeld.
