On the agenda of the May 28th meeting of Whitemarsh’s Planning Commission is a proposal to build 60 townhouses near the intersection Butler Pike and Skippack Pike. The agenda reads:

The location is basically behind the water tower and office complex that runs along Butler across from Phil’a Tavern.

The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at the Whitemarsh Township Building at 616 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill.
