Philly Rap Sheet is a website that shows all the arrests that take place in Philadelphia within 30 minutes of arrest.  Until recently they showed names, but now they just show the alleged crime, etc., etc.  One thing you can search is hometown, and over the past year 21 people from Conshy and two from West Conshohocken have been arrested in Philadelphia.
